Giovanni Rota is researcher at the CNR Institute for the history of modern philosophical and scientific thought (ISPF) since 2008. He graduated in Philosophy at the University of Milan (1993) and had a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Turin (1999). He is co-editor of the “Rivista di storia della filosofia”. His main fields of research are: Italian philosophy between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries; philosophers and dictatorship; philosophy, racism and anti-Semitism; philosophy and Protestantism; history of philosophical historiography; Immanenzphilosophie.
